I am a physician in the BWH Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and a research fellow at Harvard Medical School. My interests are in integrating analyses of multi-dimensional omics data with quantitative imaging to improve our understanding of the biological perturbations that underly CT features and to discover novel biomarkers of lung diseases. My current focus is on quantitative interstitial abnormalities (QIA), a measure of early lung injury. I have been awarded a Postdoctoral F32 Award on the study of radiomics to enable the characterization of QIA phenotypes associated with pulmonary fibrosis and to predict development of QIA in people with visually normal CTs.
